Sara Farghaly, PharmD, BCTXP, obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. She then went on to complete a postgraduate year 1 residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and postgraduate year 2 residency training in solid organ transplant at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Sara has experience in the pharmacotherapy of lung, heart, liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant in addition to pre-transplant disease states.
