Jessica Tegan Langdon, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, NCTTP, is a freelance writer for WebMD. She has over 10 years of experience working in a community pharmacy practice and over 8 years in ambulatory care practice where she is currently working. Langdon completed her bachelor’s degree in clinical research from Campbell University and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration from South University. She went on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Novant Health in Winston-Salem, NC. Her interests include medication therapy management, diabetes, hypertension, and bariatric surgery.
