In the role of Digital Operations Manager, is managing the Medscape Campaign Delivery since 2021 from Mumbai location. He started his WebMD Health Services tenure with the Web Services and Newsletter team; he has contributed immensely in growing these teams by streamlining the work assignment structure and also encouraging automations to improve quality and productivity. He contributed actively to implement integrated solutions across different tools which helped the team to practice Kanban approach effectively. Since 2023, he has been given additional responsibility of the Promo QA which he is leading globally across 3 locations. He has built the Mumbai Promo QA team from zero and it is continuing to grow under his decisive leadership.
