Uses
This product is used to treat or prevent fainting. It works by increasing the body's urge to breathe.
How to use Ammonia Aromatic Ampul
Use this product as directed. Follow all directions on the product package, or use as directed by your doctor. Throw away product after use. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
This product is flammable. Do not use, store, or throw away product near heat or an open flame.
Use this medication with care. Avoid getting the medication in your eyes or on your skin. This medication may cause burning/irritation to the eyes/skin. If you do get the medication in the eyes, flush with water for about 20 minutes and tell your doctor right away. If you get this medication on your skin, flush with plenty of water and tell your doctor if the burning/irritation lasts.
If your condition lasts or gets worse, if your face is flushed, or if you think you may have a serious medical problem, get medical help right away.
Side Effects
Coughing or watery eyes may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
If your doctor has directed you to use this medication, remember that your doctor has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: vomiting, diarrhea, headache.
Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: trouble breathing, eye pain, vision changes.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Precautions
Before using aromatic ammonia, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
If you have any of the following health problems, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product: breathing problems (such as asthma, bronchitis, emphysema).
During pregnancy, this product should be used only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
It is unknown if this product passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
Interactions

Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company.
