You can go to your doctor and bleach in office, and that can be done within an hour to an hour and a half.

You can use white strips of some kind or some strips that you put in your mouth, or your doctor can make you a tray.

And now we have paint on bleaching as well.

It depends on really what color of your teeth you start with, what your wants and needs are, what your goals are.
